WHO WE ARE
Emprise Concepts is DBE/ESB Colorado-based engineering firm founded in 2018. Since then, the world has changed a lot, but we've stayed true to several pillars that make us a partner of choice.
We're a small, dedicated team of Geotechnical specialists, with best-in-class service, innovation and design thinking. We promise exact fit to the needs of our clients, in both design and delivery - you won't find cookie cutter or turnkey solutions that fail due to reflect the "gotchas" and nuances required for sensitive issues, or rigid delivery models that don't deliver.

NOVOCONSULT
With over 30 years experience, our partners Novoconsult have been working in the design and construction of major transport infrastructure projects throughout UK, US, Ireland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and New Zealand, and senior delivery roles for a range of New Zealand and Australian client organisations and government agencies. Novoconsult have been involved in the creation and improvement of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure assets.
This work, and the natural beauty of New Zealand’s land and culture, inspired the formation of NovoConsult – with their mission: Balancing social and economic development with Kaitiakitanga – the guardianship of our finite natural resources of sky, sea and land.
MOSAIC GEOVISION
We’re partners with Mosaic, who offer a powerful and flexible platform for rapid quantification of underground construction risks. Mosaic Geovision is a valuable risk management tool that uses advanced data modelling to quantify uncertainty levels in ground conditions and the impact on construction – enabling the prevention of disruptions (and extreme costs) caused by unforeseen ground issues. It can be used before, or during, construction to reduce the risk exposure of large underground projects.

Jacob Grasmick
PhD, PE
Principal. Professional Engineer experienced in geotechnical engineering design and analysis for underground construction and tunneling. Jacob has supported the geotechnical evaluation, risk assessment, risk management and engineering analysis of multiple high-profile projects globally. Expertise is in utilizing site investigation, remote sensing, monitoring, and construction data to achieve a better understanding of subsurface characteristics, reduce uncertainty and risk, and optimize construction/design.

Geotechnical Engineer. Veronica brings over 9 years of post-graduate geotechnical engineering experience, specializing in tunnel enginnering.
Noah Kimmes
PE, PG, CEG
Geotechnical Engineer. Professional Engineer and Geologist specializing in rock slope stabilization, including investigating, designing, and overseeing installation of rockfall mitigation and rock slope stabilization measures, and 3D rock slope data visualization.
